All hail the Queen

There was a lot of heavy rain, and then a lot of hail this evening. The walkway by my door was flooded, and the big chunks of hail were piling up.

I got pelted by the other white stuff every time I went to the bathroom, due to the partly-open air path to our communal bathroom.


It was kind of nice to be a bit cold and need to bundle up when I went outside later. What can I say? I take liking to distinct seasons. It's starting to get really hot here. The most amazing part of it is that many of the locals still wear long-sleeved shirts and pants.
