LA GUADALUPANA, LA GUADALUPANA, LA GUADALUPANA

We arrived in PV on December 9th. The holiday Día de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe falls on December 12, so we arrived smack dab in the middle of preparation and celebrations for La Virgen.

Above is the Templo de Guadalupe.


Over the next four days floats, dancers, et all could be seen in the streets of Vallarta. Many an ear was also filled with the song La Guadalupana.
